What is your cancellation policy?

We would hate to see you go, however you can cancel your account at anytime for any reason; no fees!

What if my air filters arrive damaged?

If your filters arrive damaged, contact us and we will gladly send you replacements.

How does your subscription plan work?

You tell us the size, quality, and quantity of your air filters you want and select a shipment frequency. That’s it! Replacement air filters will arrive at your house exactly when you want them.

When will my air filters be shipped?

We ship all air filters within 24 hours of your order. Our custom filters are unique to your order and will take a little longer to ship. We ask that you allow 7-10 days to receive custom filters.

Where are your air filters manufactured?

Our pleated air filters are proudly made in the U.S!

What Merv Ratings do you offer?

We offer Merv 8, Merv 11 and Merv 13 ratings for standard and custom size filters.

Have your air filters been tested by a third party?

Do you offer custom and standard air filters?

Yes! We have all standard sizes in stock. We can make over 1000 unique filter sizes to accommodate custom filter needs.

Is there a minimum quantity requirement for standard filters?

Not at all. There are no quantity minimums.

Where is my air filter located?

Your air filter is typically in a vent that is on a wall or in the ceiling. You may have more than one in your home.

What Merv Rated Air Filter do I need?

For most environments we recommend a Merv 11, however if you have pets or smoke we recommend a Merv 13.

How often should I replace my air filter?

You should replace your air filter every 30-90 days depending on your environment.

How do I know what size air filter I need?

Remove your current filter from the air intake which is typically located in a vent, on a wall or on the ceiling. Look on the side of the air filter and you will see the size of your air filter printed there.
